The service
APX Planner (“the application”) is provided by APX Solutions (“the operator”) to the people and businesses it gives an account to, for their own cash-flow forecasting.
Accounts and access
You keep your sign-in to yourself and are responsible for what is done with it. A business’s owner decides who else may open it and what they may do there, and is responsible for that choice.
Your data
The figures entered into or read into a business belong to that business. The operator processes them only to provide the application, as the privacy policy describes. Connecting QuickBooks Online is optional and can be revoked at any time.
What the application is not
A forecast is a projection built from the inputs and rules you set and from your own ledger. It is not financial, accounting, tax or investment advice, and decisions made on it are your own. The operator takes reasonable care to keep the application available and correct but provides it without warranty, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Ending
You may stop using the application at any time, and the operator may end an account on notice. On request the operator will delete the data held for a business or a person.
